Our Story

During the COVID craziness we stared baking for our family, friends and SSCcustomers (who are both family and friends to us) to spread happiness and comfort. Like many people, our COVID hobby turned into our passion. We quickly grew out of our small kitchen in our beloved coffee shop and took a leap of faith and opened Uprise Baking Co. We hope you love what we bake as much as well love baking it. 💕

All of our items are completely vegan, baked in a nut free kitchen, and are made using local, fresh, and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our gluten free items are also vegan but may not be suitable for those with Celiac Disease.

If you every have any questions about our ingredients, recipes, or allergens we encourage you to ask us. Our owner/baker will be happy to share what all ingredients are, where they are sourced from, and discuss any concerns or questions you have. She LOVES to talk about baking.
